Los Angeles, CA – February 1, 2021 – Village Roadshow Entertainment Group (VREG) announced today that its long-time general counsel Kevin Berg has also been appointed the Director, Creative Diversity and Inclusion. In his expanded role Berg will aim to facilitate inclusion and diversity across the development of VREG’s film and television slate to honor the Company’s commitment to content that both reflects and appeals to a global audience including the LGBTQ+ community. He will continue to serve the company as General Counsel. Steve Mosko, VREG’s CEO, announced the creation of the new role today.
“Kevin has been an incredible asset to Village Roadshow for more than 20 years. I could not think of a better person to take on the important role of guiding our company as we aim to create content that is inclusive and tells stories from many different perspectives,” stated Mosko.

An employee of VREG since 1998, Berg has served as the Company’s General Counsel since 2013. Before joining Village Roadshow, Berg served as a legal consultant for the American Film Marketing Association and a paralegal at the firm Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker. He is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law and the University of Southern California, where he earned a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and wrote for the school’s newspaper, The Daily Trojan.
