Village Roadshow Entertainment Group is one of the world’s leading independent global entertainment companies operating in the film and music industries. Village Roadshow Entertainment Group (“VREG”) consists principally of Village Roadshow Pictures Group, Concord Music Group and Village Roadshow Entertainment Group Asia. 

Through our film business arm, Village Roadshow Pictures Group, VREG co-produces and co-finances major Hollywood motion pictures that reach a broad worldwide audience. The company takes great pride in the fact that it has the international exploitation rights to 68 major Hollywood studio films, many of which were international blockbusters. This collection of films represents one of the world’s largest major Hollywood motion picture libraries owned by an independent motion picture company. The Company has a long-standing working relationship between Village Roadshow Entertainment Group and Warner Bros., one of the world’s leading global motion picture studios.

Through our music arm, Concord Music Group, VREG is one of the largest independent recorded music companies in the United States and offers comprehensive production, sales, marketing and distribution capabilities to more than 160 recording artists, several of whom are Grammy winners and long-standing icons of their respective genres. Further, the company’s  catalog of over 8,000 recorded masters and 14,000 owned or administered song copyrights includes seminal works from a host of artists in the jazz, adult contemporary, R&B, rock, bluegrass, Americana and classical genres.  Concord is also the exclusive music provider of CDs to Starbucks’ owned stores throughout the U.S. and Canada.

The Asia-Pacific region has become an increasingly important market for Village Roadshow Entertainment Group over the years. With the rising appetite for quality entertainment among film and music fans throughout the region and in China in particular, the company is taking the initiative to expand its two-pronged film and music business into local production in China through the recent establishment of Village Roadshow Entertainment Group Asia.
